I managed the integrations portfolio (majorly focusing on database/technical integrations) at Hevo; with a $5M+ annual revenue.
- Active participation in the product roadmap for the database/technical integrations portfolio.
- Handling top key accounts/leads for relation building for escalations or feedback gathering.
- As part of a Product Initiative to deliver new long-tail integrations in a year, envisioned a new framework to deliver REST-based sources without a developer's involvement, resulting in a significant reduction in developer bandwidth and accelerated time to deployment. This innovation streamlined the integration process and provided the much-needed bandwidth to the Engineering team to focus on High-priority sources instead.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Actively involved with customer success teams to capture feedback from the users and expand the accounts.
- Actively involved in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top talent to strengthen the product team and engineering teams.My mission with Hevo Data is to create products that make data accessible, reliable, and actionable for everyone. Conceptualized and delivered a new product for Repair handling for the Sixt fleet. Scaled up the product to handle operations in 6 countries.

Building products to manage Damage and Repair operations in the Sixt fleet across all geographies

Handling millions of Euros in revenues and optimizing for higher profits by increasing damage quality and claims. And by reducing out of service duration due to repair and repair costs.

Routed approximately 100,000 reservations worth ~10mn EUR revenue with a quick tool by routing them to branches that were still open and could fulfill the reservation. We build this in a week, in the initial days of the pandemic to handle the sudden closure of many branches due to the restrictions in Germany and the US. Without the tool, we would have a bad customer experience with SIXT.
